We waited all day for the service technician and all we got was a phone call saying he was unqualified to do the job and even if he was he didn’t have the parts to repair it. By then it was too late to go to other options… I don’t know why you put unqualified workers on the emergency call without a qualified worker to over see them. Very disappointed and will not use your service again…

He was great as explaining the issue and made it where even as a first time home owner I could understand what he was talking about and what the problem with my heating system was. Had to run across town while he got the part even knowing he got back 1st he was understanding and waiting for me to return. He did great to work fast also so my kids got to come home to a warm home again instead of cold.

I would also be curious as to why so many great employees are no longer there as of recently. If you are looking for quality work with integrity behind it, I would be calling some of the smaller, local, and non corporate companies such as Kevin’s Heating and Cooling, DB Heating and Cooling, or Boyds Heating and Cooling.

Then, while working found more pieces of my line needing replaced. At that point? My wife felt we were committed to a high price. $417 dollars for something that doesn’t seem to have done much. I requested a callback to discuss and never got it but got asked for a survey, so here I am.

They canceled the install without telling me and screwed me over. All because they stopped installs to Manhattan and it seems no one knows whats going on. Terrible company and prices are going up to. Will never use again.
