  Had electric outlet problem Justin chased it down fixed the problem and we are back into full use. Several.option given Justin was knowledgeable friendly and would love to have him back should we have problems again.

  Keegan C was absolutely great in providing not only professional service but great input about the condition of our furnace and what to expect. It shows that he knows his stuff about HVAC but shares it in a way that is professional but laid back. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs service to their units. Great example of someone who cares about the company and what they stand for.

  Keith arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the inspection and provided detailed information about the results. Keith explained the service to me and also provided information about the available service packages and associated benefits.

  Had a fall furnace inspection done. Nothing wrong with my furnace, however a problem with the flue and the way it was installed at some point with prior owners. Lived here for three years-no problems with furnace or water heater. Technician turned off my furnace and water heater because he said it was dangerous to run them until the flue got fixed and was leaving me with no hot water or heat and I would have to turn them back on myself. Absolutely unacceptable to be left in worse condition and essentially felt like I was being blackmailed and held hostage by this technician and Blue Dot. 3 hours of my day gone, stressed out, and almost left in terrible condition. I demanded he turn them both back on and had to speak to his supervisor on the phone and sign a waiver before he did. He even had to read the directions on water heater before he could figure out how to turn it back on. I almost felt tempted to call the police. Very unreputable company!!!😡

  If I could give Zero (0) stars, I would. I'm sure this is a good company - IF your problem falls within regular business hours Monday through Friday!!! Our toilet refill valve decided to stop working at 7pm Friday evening. We called Blue Dot because they were advertised at being 24 hours. However when I called, I was told that the earliest that someone could come out would be on the following Monday morning. So, is a family of four supposed to "do their business" out in the backyard all weekend long??? Anyhow, we then called a smaller "mom and pop" company who was willing to come out, fixed the problem, and charged us far less than what was originally quoted - all in less than one hour of making the initial call. That to me is what being in business is all about - being there for the customer when needed, not merely when it's convenient for the business. We now have a new go-to plumber and I can assure you, dear readers, that it is NOT Blue Dot. Please understand, I don't write this review to "hate" on this company; I would only say to them this, "If you do not go 24/7 then please do not advertise all over the Internet that you do." PS: One day later - I'll "upgrade" from 1 to 3 stars simply because Blue Dot did reach out to us Saturday afternoon to see if we 1) still needed them as a tech would be available Sunday morning (rather than Monday as stated above) or 2) did we get our issue resolved? I told them it was resolved but that we appreciated the fact that they made this extra effort and made us all feel a bit better about the company. Thank You! Blue Dot for taking the time to follow up with us (-:
