He quickly discovered the issue and checked my knowledge to gauge the best way to explain it without over-doing it. No techno-babble or attempts to make me feel like I’m neglecting my system. The problem was solved quickly. I added the annual service plan because I perceived it as something of value and not something the company was pushing with technician sales incentives, etc. I have stopped using 2 or more well known local companies when the experience changed shortly after they were bought out and no longer local, family run businesses. @Patriot, don’t sell out, don’t change. Keep earning your business with honesty, respect and fair pricing. You’ll go far!!!
