The repair was very quick! We were really surprised when everything was still under warranty! I would recommend them to anyone.
- KDKatie DavisJul 24, 20255.0So I have a story to tell. A round of storms came through and took out our AC overnight. My husband and I both work early hours so he didn't catch it until almost 4:30 pm the following evening. Mind you we then have a 2 year old and a 3 month old infant, in a 89 degree house in 100+ degree August weather.... after my husband called me, I immediately called. A tech was dispatched to our house within the hour, he diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed what he could, ordered the remaining parts, and was kind enough to bring us out a window air to help keep the house a safe temperature for the baby. Anthony was beyond courtious and professional, he had us up and running again within 48 hours. He worked his tail off for us when most people would have just clocked out and went home. My family graciously appreciates Comforts staff for always taking great care of our family, no matter the season or situation!!! We're some very thankful, happy customers!!!!

Comfort Heating and Ac Company got it fixed first thing Monday. Duke was very helpful and explained everything very well for us to understand what we needed. He found us a ac unit for our house the same day and technicians installed it the same day! The financing online was very easy to fill out and got approved right away! Best HVAC company in town!

All the new hvac equipment was installed 2 days later. I am now sitting in my house enjoying the new ac. If you need any kind of ac or heater work, definitely go through these guy. Thanks so much!

All with whom I had contact were kind and professional. They listened to what I needed and answered my questions, and also took the time to get to know me. The staff helped me with a temporary AC fix until a new unit could be installed during what have been some of the hottest days we have had so far this year. Everything they did was quality and professional. I highly recommend Comfort Heating & Air.
