  Arin and crew did an amazing job! Fast install, very clean propane line run and electrical cleanup when switching from a heat pump to propane furnace. Left the room cleaner than when they arrived!

  I scheduled a service call for our heater in the morning at 8am and got us in the same day between 9:30am to 1. Shortly got a text indicating that a technician was on their way right at 9:30am. It ended up being Dalton himself. He came in, checked the cap then the blower motor. Cap was lower on voltage and got it replaced but the blower motor wouldn't spin as it was seizing. They had to get a new one and first checked to see if there was any aftermarkets available for cheaper. Unfortunately for our case they were only slightly cheaper, so the OEM part made the most sense. They had to drive to lenexa to grab the part and bring it back to get it installed. Shortly after replacing the part, the heater finally was able to kick on. I appreciate the knowledge, speed and prompt windows of service. I especially liked that they tried things first that would be the least amount of money before moving forward to more expensive outlets. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

  Ryan was early for our appointment and got right to work upon arriving. He dug right in to my furnace and located the problem. He discussed the possible options and potential costs with me before going any further. Once he gave me his diagnosis and I agreed on the work to be done, he retrieved the required part from his work truck and had it replaced and had my furnace up and running in a few minutes. The whole appointment took less than 40 minutes and Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. I appreciate his work and would definitely use him for any issues in the future.

  Our furnace in a rental down in Osawatomie decided to take the weekend off—quit working on a Saturday night. We’re up in Minnesota, so running over to fix it wasn’t an option. Called Dalton’s for after-hours service, and they didn’t mess around. Super quick response, which was a lifesaver because frozen tenants aren’t good for business. Dalton showed up, got the heat going again, and gave us the straight talk: the old unit was basically a dinosaur. He suggested replacement, and honestly, he wasn’t wrong. The quote was fair—didn’t feel like we were buying a spaceship. By Monday, Dallas and Wyatt rolled in and went to work. These guys were machines—no standing around, no “just grabbing a coffee” breaks. They kept the place clean, knocked it out in one trip, and our tenants said they were great to have around. The new furnace runs so quiet you’d think it was sneaking around. Start to finish, easy, professional, and zero stress. If your furnace decides to retire early, call Dalton’s. Highly recommend.
