- AMAmanda MertelJan 18, 20245.0Polestar came to the rescue! We called about a no heat situation which caused us to have frozen water lines. They told us their technicians were working around the clock due to the freezing temperatures that Kansas City has been experiencing. They showed up at our home around 3am and had our heat back on and the water running in a couple of hours. This company has helped our family many times and they have been there for our relatives and friends in the past as well. I cannot say enough good things about them.

- DGDayane GarciaFeb 24, 20211.0I wouldn’t recommend Plumbing services. They came at my home to fix frozen pipes and they start doing the service before give us any estimates. They burned my trim faucet and left my house saying the pipes were not frozen anymore but my faucet would need a new piece to work again. They charged us $285 for defrosting the ice and told us that would return 2 days after to fix the rest. 4 days after the temperatures outside got warmer and guess what? My shower was working again without any repair. The pipes weren’t defrost by them and they never came back to fix my trim faucet. I called to the manager twice to ask my money back and they just don’t want to solve this issue. Take my advice. Don’t take their service. They have the worst customer service!
