Mike quickly confirmed that our mold issue wasn't black mold and very minor which was a huge relief. As the spot was hard to reach, he offered to have his team return at no cost and clean it and even treated it for us. We were so pleased as they covered all furniture and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Great company and would not hesitate to use again when we have a more major issue that needs addressed.
