    I'm canceling my appointment with you all for tomorrow Friday, Jan 2nd(until further notice) after being stood up on getting the work done on December 30th as agreed upon. I have other pressing work that can not be put on hold again to get pipes done and then to be told the same day that I've been expecting for the work to be done that it can't be done that same day it was previously scheduled in advance for.

    VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! We had this company install a new HVAC system and they stared charging us for a monthly service agreement on our credit card that we never agreed to and did not sign up for. I tried contacting them on four separate occasions and was told the owner was looking into the matter. They never returned any of my calls and they continued to charge us. We had to dispute these with our credit card company and even then they continue the charges so I had to dispute them again. I would never recommend a company that uses these dishonest practices.

    We replaced our entire HVAC system and water heater with this company about three years ago, and unfortunately our experience has been very frustrating, particularly with the furnace. Since installation, we have had ongoing issues with the heater short cycling, almost always related to the flame sensor. Every service call seems to identify a different explanation: the flame sensor was installed at the wrong angle, it was dirty, it needed adjustment, or it needed replacement. The flame sensor has already been replaced once, yet the problem continues to return every few months when the heater is in use. At this point, it feels like the underlying issue has never been properly diagnosed or resolved. For a system that was completely replaced and is only three years old, we expected far better reliability and workmanship. The repeated service calls and lack of a permanent fix have been extremely disappointing. I’m ready to get a second opinion from someone else and just move on from this company entirely.

    Said it was $89 to do the inspection, then I was charged for a diagnostic reading that was never emailed to me after I had requested it. Guy was nice, but the company is promoting one thing and charging another. Should be disclosed earlier. Cost isn’t the issue but a lack of transparency up front is. It makes me distrust what is being suggested for repairs. Of course the answer was to buy a whole new unit. Nothing was ordered. Waiting for second opinion from ABmay. *** update: had a second assessment from ABmay. They waived the visit and fixed the issue for 1/4th of what I was quoted with Polestars… AND ABmay fixed the issue same day with a one year guarantee.***
