    We had two different companies come out to fix our boiler but could not. I called Polestar and they came out that day got the part ordered and got it fixed! Sam was the repairman and was so conscientious and courteous. We will definitely stay with Polestar for all our heating cooling and plumbing needs v

    I was recommended to contact You regarding a gas leak on our fireplace. The technician came out as quickly as he could. Was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the work he will need to do and why the cost is high in comparison to other plumbing. Gave us a quote before he left. My expectations have been met thus far and will schedule a repair fit next week. Very impressed with the technician. Scheduled and completed. Patrick was great

    Our service technician Patrick was courteous, very knowledgeable, experienced & so down to earth. He explained our situation & replacement details in a way we could understand simply. No complication or talking over our head. Our water heater blew up in the middle of the night and they called us at 645am & dispatched the technician at 8am the next day! Customer service was above & beyond from our late night call to the 645am follow up and technician coming out 1st thing. Will definitely be calling them again in the future! Thank you!!

    Not very happy. New HVAC install this summer. AC fan on condenser needed replacement. Tech told me someone would call that day to tell me when they would be able to replace it. Nearly a week later and no one could tell me anything about the part or order until it finally magically arrived. Now this fall the brand new furnace died. Tech came out and told me it was installed wrong with too small intake and exhaust pipes but someone would call that afternoon to schedule the replacement. Nobody called. When I called, I was told I'd have to wait until Monday for the "install" to be scheduled. Their ads say 24hr service and repair - apparently not on weekends and not for fixing their poor installation. Not happy. Update: Furnace still dead after latest 'repair'/replacement of intake & exhaust. They won't come out at night to fix. Reoccurring error code indicate a faulty Pressure Switch (E272), which they have ignored thus far. I've told them to replace that switch now (doing their troubleshooting for them). We'll see if they will actually replace it...to be continued.

    Josh D was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the system operates and red flags or issues he saw. I ended up needing a brand new furnace, no hard sell from any of the Polestar folks. Kayla S was able to come out at the last minute for pricing and measurements. Took the time to explain my options and the benefits of them. Again, no hard selling. Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of piece of mind. Will be using them in the future! Domonic & Manny were my install technicians who took the time to think of the whole air system as they were installing (adding a stabilizer to my tilting A/C unit above the furnace) , they did their best to ensure the new vents/ductwork weren’t too obtrusive, and then gave me plenty of time for questions during the final walkthrough with their recommendations for the humidity level, and the ins/outs of the filters and other general settings. Overall, great experience with Polestar
