- TDTony DivishSep 8, 20255.0From our initial phone call requesting an estimate to the completed project, Lucky’s Roofing and Construction provided excellent service, consistent communication, and superior results! After 30+ years of home ownership in multiple towns and two states, Lucky’s provided the best experience we’ve ever had with any home repair company. Every call we made or text we sent was either answered immediately or returned the same day. Our questions were answered sufficiently and in a way that made us feel as if our business was valued. Because they are also a construction company, they also coordinated replacing gutters and a damaged window. Our home had sustained hail damage which was then worsened by an intense winter storm that literally peeled a large portion of the shingles and vents from our roof leaving our home vulnerable to additional damage. Representatives from Lucky’s came out and tarped our damaged roof to prevent any further damage and even came back to ensure the roof was sufficiently protected before another storm was due in our area. The job itself was completed conscientiously, efficiently, and respectfully. The lawn and landscaping, as well as our home, was protected at all times and the cleanup upon completion was done so well we had no debris to address once the crew left. Based on our experience, we can wholeheartedly recommend Lucky’s Roofing and Construction to anyone in need of roofing or home repairs!
