Bob’s has worked on our home twice now—once to install PEX piping and again to put in a new AC system. Both times, they were cost-efficient, did high-quality work, and delivered outstanding customer service. What really stood out was their follow-up—they didn’t just complete the job and disappear; they actually called afterward just to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. If you’re looking for a company with the values of a true hometown business—honest, ethical, and genuinely caring—go with Bob’s!

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. The office manager is always polite, the plumbers come out on time explain the situation and give you the best possible price in fixing the concern- and fixing it right the first time. I would never go anywhere else. Best service at the best price hands down.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bob's Plumbing & Heating LLC

Do you offer emergency plumbing and HVAC services?

Yes, we provide round-the-clock emergency plumbing services for critical issues such as pipe bursts, significant leaks, and heating system failures. Please note that additional fees may be applicable for emergency calls.

How do I know if I need a water heater replacement?

There are several signs that may indicate it’s time to consider replacing your water heater—including inconsistent hot water, unusual noises coming from the unit, or visible leaks. While the average lifespan of a water heater is typically 8 to 12 years, age alone doesn’t necessarily mean replacement is needed. Our technicians can perform a detailed inspection and recommend whether repair or replacement is the best option for your situation.
