We were completely comfortable making a decision on which new Furnace and AC to go with after discussions with him. On the day of install (emergency install at that, as our furnace had gone out), Jim and Jake arrived exactly when they said they would. They explained what their process was, and went straight to work, non stop! Brian (sales) stopped by two times to check on things and to make sure I had any additional information that would come in handy. At the end of the install Jim walked me through the new system, helped me set it up properly on our Nest, and cleaned up completely. We already notice how much warmer our house is due to the system and a few fixes to our ducts. I will never go another direction for our HVAC needs.
