They sent a new installer to do my job and he admitted he wasn’t trained well enough and it was his first job by himself - nice fella but I’ll equipped. Our floor is still not right and ownership refuses to fix it. They’ve been out 4 times and act like they’re doing me a favor, yet our floor is still messed up in places and they refuse to make it right. If they would’ve done it right the first time, they wouldn’t have had to come back. They even sent their Alabama affiliate up to fix it and they said “we understand why you’re pissed”. They were a only able to fix certain aspects they said because the floor really should have been stripped and reapplied, but the owner wouldn’t allow that. I paid a lot of money for a floor that is not right. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!

How long does it take to install?
Typically, 1-day. Most of our projects, 2,000 sq/ft or less, can be completed in one day.
How long before you can walk on it?
We recommend waiting 12 hours before you can walk on it.
How long before you can drive on it?
24-36 hours.
How do you prepare the concrete?
We diamond grind it to smooth out the concrete and open the pores. This allows our base coat to properly adhere to your floor.
Do you tint the base coat?
Yes, we tint to match - typically grey.
How do you fix the cracks?
We grind them out and fill them with mender products.
Do you fill in the expansion joints?
No. It voids the warranty. You do not want to do this. We want your garage floor to be able to expand and contract during the season changes.
Is there the best time of year to do it?
No, we install year-round as temperature does not affect our superior product, unlike epoxy. Weather is dependent on the exterior.
Do most people do the vertical edges and steps?
Yes, it looks more high end and seamless.
Do you coat the front lip?
We can; it's a personal preference and is discussed on site with the customer.
Do you do leveling?
No, our coating follows the natural contours of the floor.
Does it smell?
The majority of the smell will dissipate after 12 hours. It's low VOC.
What do we do with items in our garage?
Pod, U-haul container, U-haul truck, On the property, Neighbors garage are options to temporarily store your items. The cost is inexpensive.
What do you use to clean it?
Dawn soap, simple green, pine sol, water, and squeegee
Can you power-wash it?
Yes, but make sure the PSI is a broad and not direct.
Is there anything you don't want to get on it?
Brake fluid, battery acid, gasoline. This would call for immediate clean up.
Does it stain?
It's highly stain resistant.
Is there a most popular color?
Yes, there are about 5 colors that get chosen most often. See color options on the website as we highlighted some of the favorite choices.
Is it slippery?
It's slip resistant. We can add grip additives if needed.
Is polyurea better than epoxy?
YES!! It's an elastomer. 4x stronger than epoxy and 10x more flexible. Epoxy is known to continue to harden, become brittle, and crack under temperature changes.
What is polyaspartic?
It's a non-porous clear coat that's 100% anti-bacterial and anti-microbial.
What are the flakes made of?
Vinyl.
How long is the warranty?
15 years
What does the warranty cover?
It guarantees the floor will not chip, peel, or yellow/fade from UV
