John was able to pinpoint the problem and help our old air conditioner make it through the season (and came out once free of charge to see how our fix was holding up), but it was obvious it wasn't going to last. I appreciated his patience with all my questions and his no pressure approach as he explained all the options going forward. He and his son installed an entirely new heating and air conditioner system in a day despite some surprise setbacks, and got me to work on time that afternoon. I felt very comfortable with John's knowledge and communication. I have always been spoiled since my uncle always took care of our HVAC needs, but he is over 80 now and would like to "retire"! I am glad I have a company I can call going forward.

My air quit cooling so I called to have it checked. Within two hours of calling my issue was resolved and I was cooling down again. Although I know it cannot always be done that quickly, services for my two calls were taken care of promptly and professionally. I highly recommend John and Shelly for their fair, professional expertise.
