My account is fixed, but a guy shows up in an unmarked vehicle without a uniform and gave my girl and kids the creeps. Less talking to the customer and focus on your work. Then say to my girl "We can go upstairs to check the ac' not out of line at all however, no work vehicle, no uniform identifying him, and comes across weird didn't happen already that question would came to me in a ok normal thing ?

I would avoid working with them at all costs. My AC went out and I after going through my home warranty company they put me in touch with this company. I was told they where coming out the next day from from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. I called at 3:15 because we had not heard from them and I was informed they did not have a work order but he would come out anyway. The man was super nice and diagnosed the problem right away being a leak in the freon and the entire unit would need to be replaced as the manufactures warranty would not cover it. This is where my positive interactions with them stopped.
I was willing to go forward with replacing the entire unit but wanted to try to see if the manufactures warranty would cover it so i asked them to reach out and see. They told me they reached out and check and the manufacture would not cover it and gave me a "letter" from the manufacture to give to my home warranty. The home warranty told me that the letter that was given was lacking so much information they weren't sure where it even came from and because of that, my home warranty also wouldn't cover it.
At this point we had been without AC from about 3 weeks because of All Seasons dragging their feet. I told All Seasons "ok just give me a new unit" and this is when all communication stopped. It took them 3 more days to "get things measured" and that's the last I heard.
I decided to go with another company who came out and diagnosed the problem to be the same and then where able to get the part through the manufactures warranty and all i had to pay them was labor. They had it done in less then a week.
All said and done I went a month without AC in the heat of the summer due to this company dragging their feet and claiming they had reached out to the manufacture and gotten denied. This was all to make more money from me to install a full new unit that was not necessary. Then, when they had me sold on having them put in a new unit, they stopped responding. As far as they know I'm still waiting for a response.
Edit: In response to the replay: I never wanted you to lie to the manufacturer or put me in front of other costumers, I just wanted communication and a new AC. You said the manufacturer wont cover it and gave me a quote over the phone and I said yes lets go forward with that, then I didn't hear anything else. I never received any email or text with the next steps. It is really telling that even in your response you are misrepresenting the truth.

Curtis was fantastic. I had a mini split which did not get power. Other HVAC guys thought compressor is out. Curtis was able to come by within 30 minutes and solve the issue. It turned out my breaker was not compatible and ac was not getting 240 volts. Curtis also came back second time for free to fix the issue.
