  Green Factor insulation and Klaus roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Jake's insulation crew jumped in and insulated our vaulted ceiling right after Grant's crew had stripped off the shingles from that side of the roof. Everyone let us know when they were showing up and how long things should take. Finished up with the best area clean up I have seen.

  We were extremely pleased with Klaus Roofing from our initial coordination thru the completion of the roof and gutter installation. Clint was terrific. He listened to our ideas and was very knowledgeable and professional at incorporating our ideas into the project. He was very responsive and open to our questions. His follow-up was thorough and timely. He was genuinely concerned at meeting our needs. The roofing and gutter installation crews were fantastic. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, they conducted a thorough clean up. Bottom Line: Klaus Roofing is a professional and highly skilled organization. I highly recommend them.

  Exceptional Service from Start to Finish A few months ago, I contacted Green Factor Roofing in Lawrence, KS for a minor roof repair—something several other companies refused to take on because it was “too small.” Not only did Green Factor step up and complete the job quickly, but their professionalism and responsiveness earned them serious consideration when it came time to replace my entire roof. They won the bid, and I’m glad they did. Their crew replaced my large roof in just three days, finishing on time and on budget. Throughout the process, they were meticulous about protecting my property—no damage to the pool, HVAC system, or landscaping. A dedicated project manager was on-site the entire time, ready to answer questions and provide updates. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work speaks for itself.   Green Factor is fantastic! We recently used them for a second time, so I can attest to the fact that they do great work at a great price. We're extremely satisfied with our new roof and gutters, and also very satisfied with their staff. Clint, Stefanie, and Kip were professional, friendly, and thorough for the entire process. Always quick to respond and so helpful. It's fantastic having a company we can trust with stuff like this! Highly recommended!

  Up front, ours was a difficult project, not only site-wise but in scope and customer demands. I don't think any other roofing company could have handled all the situations/variables any better. A big reason why is that one of the executives in the company, Clint Livingston, is a great person to deal with and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Another thing is--and this is unusual among most contractors I've dealt with--is that he respects the client's vision, even when it might be wrong, and will adapt/bend to that vision with an attitude of, "Hey, I might learn something from this..." When you have that kind of collaboration with a contractor who has an open mind and a willingness to try new things, you can accomplish great things. Now, you will pay for the privilege--Green Factor was on the upper end cost-wise. But as Warren Buffet famously said, "Price is what you pay, Value is what you get." Bottom line, if you want a high quality roof replacement (asphalt) that will last, or any other attic/roofing/gutters, etc. needs, look no further than Green Factor--a company that keeps improving!
