What impressed me the most that integrity seems to be one of their core values. Never did I feel any of the 'predatory' sales tactics you hear about with roofers; just honest, straightforward advice. He drove an hour to my hometown the next day to walk the property with me, working within the insurance estimate to spec out a roofing system that actually exceeded my quality expectations.
The Installation: Because of my solar deadline, Green Factor moved mountains to rearrange their schedule and get me in the following week. Once work had started, I knew I was in good hands. Grant was a fantastic Project Manager. Even though I was working from home, he sent me progress photos and kept me updated on the timeline and weather. When I had a question (of which I had many lol), Grant had an answer. If I had any concerns, he addressed them immediately. He was professional, friendly, and thorough.
The Crew: The craftsmanship was excellent; Sebastian and the guys really know their business, and boy are they efficient about it! Outside of that, what truly impressed me was their respect for my home. We have a lot of neighborhood kids (and our own) who play in our front yard, so safety and cleanliness were huge concerns for me. The site was kept incredibly tidy every single day. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job rather than making us wait until Monday.
