  Always a great experience with Advantage. Levi went above and beyond today, as all their techs do. The pricing is transparent and the communication is excellent. I highly recommend them.

  Thermostat would not power up after the gas company installed a new meter. Brandon showed up 1st thing the next morning and was able to troubleshoot the problem.

  At the end of what was a very long day for him, Levi did a great job of assessing our furnace and getting us some HEAT! Thanks for your tenacity and professionalism, Levi!

  Advantage is excellent. They bring a level of professionalism, communication, quality, cleanliness, and communication that you probably never thought possible from an HVAC company. But it is! My multiple experiences with their employees, most recently Levi, have all been exemplary.

  Received a call from one of your customer service agents as the name of Tracy I wasn’t going to say anything. I think I owe you folks an explanation as to why I went to another company. I have used you for years and you always a good company to work with in getting my heating and air-conditioning dates inspected and serviced. The last time I had one of your technicians out he told me I needed a new heat exchanger. I found it kind of odd because the system was less than five years old having a home warranty. I contacted them and they sent another technician out from another company to inspect my heat exchanger and the rest of my furnace and AC I was told by this gentleman that there’s not a thing wrong with the heat exchanger and everything checked out. So moving forward, I contacted McElroy and they also came out and serviced everything and check the heat exchanger was also told by them that nothing was wrong. I have been told that many times even after they’re bought out they send the technicians out to try and sell us something we don’t need. I felt like this was the case and it was very disappointed with Latta Whitlow especially since they are no longer a local company. I have decided to go with another company to do my servicing of my air-conditioning and heating systems. Will also add that my furnace has been doing fine this winter and have had no problems. I was told by another technician that came out and inspected my system. They sometimes use service technicians as salesman to sell things or to make us feel like we need to update our system. I’m very disappointed in Latta Whitlow because the gentleman who had come out for years in my old house was one of the nicest people I’ve ever been in contact with. He retired a few years ago and one of the reason he retired is because the company had been bought out and he was disappointed
