Part of the service was rewiring my doorbell to accommodate my new video doorbell. It was up and running by the end of the appointment but it failed about 10 minutes later. When the tech revisited I was assured that the wiring was fine and the fault must be with the doorbell, but when I replaced the doorbell I still struggled to get adequate power running. It was more cost effective to buy a battery operated doorbell than to book another appointment.
