The roof quality is 5 stars and they used better materials than what was on it. They came out to meet the insurance adjuster to make sure that he could "see" all the damage. I have recommended Penny construction to family & friends with no hesitation. Customer service was/is great!

We have had Penney Construction do a couple of major things for us. We remodeled two bathrooms in our home and had to replace our roof and rain gutters after a hail storm.

I had a great experience with Penney Construction this fall. A tree fell on our house, damaging part of the new guttering that Penney Construction had just installed the year before. Penney Construction replaced the gutters and repaired the damaged roof shingles. It was so nice to work with a company that can do it all.

Frequently Asked Questions About Penney Construction

What are the most common roofing problems in Kansas?

In Kansas, common roofing issues include damage from severe weather (like hail and high winds), aging shingles, and issues with roof ventilation. It’s important to regularly inspect your roof, especially after a storm, to identify and address any problems early.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?

Signs you might need a new roof include extensive shingle damage, persistent leaks, or if your roof is over 20 years old. For minor issues like a few missing shingles or localized leaks, repairs might be sufficient. A professional roofing contractor can provide a detailed assessment to determine the best course of action.
