    Zach Howell was our heating system checkup tech. Was professional and very capable throughout the process, from communicating his status and ETA before arrival, to his quickly and efficiently performing his review of our equipment. He discussed his findings with us during and after his work, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We appreciate the printed maintenance record he left with us. An altogether positive experience giving us peace of mind that we'll stay comfortable this winter

    My technician Zach arrived exactly on time for my scheduled fall furnace system maintenance. Everything was done efficiently and carefully; furnace igniter checked, air filter changed, and cleaned up everything when done. Very happy with the visit.

    Highly recommend BlueFox! Jacob showed up and quickly diagnosed our water issue and suggested us a new water softener. He was able to run and got get one same day and efficiently changed it out and left no mess. Greatly appreciate the quick work and great communication!

    This evening we had Logan (Precision) come to our home to maintenance our furnace. I can’t begin to tell you are informative Logan was concerning the state of our furnace. He explained precisely what he had found and explained the complete diagnosis of the unit. He was personable, pleasant, and so knowledgeable! We felt we were in good hands with Logan for now and our future needs. Thank you, Logan

    From the initial site visit to the finishing touches, the technicians were respectful and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. My only concern was during the duct cleaning prior to the installation of the new units. Metal shavings were left on the floor and surrounding items where they cut into the ductwork to attach the vacuum. The cleaning was on a Friday, so I cleaned everything up over the weekend to avoid a metal splinter. I let the project advisor know the following Monday once they arrived to install the new units. He was apologetic and offered to send someone out to clean. I declined, and hoped that it was an oversight and that the install crew would clean anything I had missed. We had no problems with any messes left by that crew. It has only been a day, but happy with everything so far.
