- CDClarissa DrummondDec 22, 20253.0They fixed my leak quickly and the guys were professional and courteous, and I probably would have given them 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for what happened with my bill. Before hiring anyone, I called around and got quotes for the job, and ultimately called Homes Plumbing back because they were going to be cheapest. What a surprise when I get the bill a few weeks later for more than double what I was quoted over the phone. I understand things happen and sometimes a job doesn't go as planned, but this wasn't that. The work order and what was completed were exactly the same; the guys were here and gone in 10 minutes. I called to ask for my bill to be adjusted to the price I was quoted, and while the lady I spoke with about my bill was so kind and tried to help me, she said her manager wouldn't allow her to reduce the charges. I am very unhappy with this experience and unfortunately will be looking for a company with more integrity in the future!

- JKJ KJul 19, 20255.0They were a very supportive company when it came to the heatwave we experienced a few weeks ago. We figured out on a Friday that the a/c had stopped working. Temperatures that day felt like 110 degrees with a humidity of around 70%. We called homes around 3:30pm and they stated they could get us scheduled in the morning on Monday. We were back at the house an hour later and the door bell rang. Jeff went ahead and came by and had our a/c working within 30 mins. This is outstanding customer service that is hard to find these days. Homes has earned a lifelong customer.
