James didn’t like the owner of company holding his guys accountable on stuff they did wrong so he decided to stop doing work for management company. No big deal… until he told us he wasn’t standing behind any warranty work. I’m now over $2k in the hole fixing projects for other property owners that should be warranty work- all new installs. I can’t charge owners for this work when they already dropped 4-5k on new systems. He did all new HVAC including ducts at our office this year ($16K) and it still has issues he doesn’t know how to fix. Disappointed he lets emotion get in the way of standing behind his work. Update: 1) these "unpaid" invoices are from work your guys went back to do properly and 2nd or 3rd time and you were eating. Every invoice with the exception of one was paid. The one I'm not paying my maintenance guy fixed there in front of your employee. 2) My $16500 system was installed last December/January with the invoice being paid end of January. We immediately reached out about it's issue. Your guys finally came and couldn't figure it out and gave up. Still not working properly.
