  I had a clog that I couldn’t fix. I had already cleared the trap, the pipes, and the sink, but the clog persisted and was clearly beyond the trap, probably under my cement foundation. The Roto-Rooter service man, Gage, came out right in time with no waiting needed. He then fixed it in less than five minutes. It’s a little embarrassing to have spent hours the night before just to have someone fix it in literally a few minutes, but I did, and he did exactly that. He also gave me some helpful information and I learned quite a bit from him. Gage was great at explaining what he did, and why it worked, and he was incredibly nice as well as knowledgeable to boot. If I ever need someone to come out again, I’ll ask for Gage specifically - but if Roto-Rooter service people are half as nice and respectful as Gage, then I will be happy regardless. It ended up a reasonable price for the job, but I think I got what I paid for more through what I learned than the service he provided.

  After more than an hour the tech Cory got our drain unplugged. Seems a large part of it was dog hair. Have a Pomeranian and due to fleas, this year, had to bathe him every 4-6 days most of the spring, summer and fall! Glad 😊 that problem is solved!

  I received an emergency call while I was at work yesterday around 2:30 from a family member that my plumbing was backed up and sewage was regurgitating up into the bath tubs and toilets and nearly over flowing. We called Roto-Rooter after calling every single local plumbing business near my house that said they were not available and couldn't help me, even though it was an emergency. Roto-Rooter, however, said they could have someone out between 6-8 pm. Our service technician, Cameron Patterson showed up before 8 pm, with over an hour drive from his location to my house. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He was able to locate the issue in less than a half an hour and told us he would be back this morning with everything he needed to fix it. He spent extra time with us explaining what the issue was and even helped us find the most cost effective way to go about the repairs. He said he would be back today at 10:30 am and got here 10 minutes early, ready to go. He was able to get everything fixed in a timely manner and had a positive attitude the whole time. I noticed he also made sure to take his shoe coverings off when going outside, and put them back on when coming back into the house. I thought that was very thoughtful considering he had to make multiple trips outside to his work vehicle and back inside. As a first time homeowner, and only owning my house for under 2 years, Cameron really put my mind at ease as he was very knowledgeable, educated, friendly, patient, and just gave off very good vibes all around. I am thankful to have had a good experience in an unfortunate situation. Thank you Cameron and Roto-Rooter!!! (Ps. Give this man a raise 😁)
