    My tech, Alec, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was enthusiastic about his work and took time to educate me on the diagnostics used for my annual maintenance service. 10/10 would recommend again

    We are so glad to have Dusty as our service technician with Ace Hardware home services. We have several properties that she works on and we have fuel oil furnaces at each one. She is so knowledgeable and does such a thorough job when she comes to service them. She troubleshoot if there’s a problem and fixes the issue for us, we just couldn’t be happier with her and we trust Dusty to take care of all of our Furnace and Air Conditioning needs.

    Andy came into our home to clean our duct work. I doubt that the ducts had been cleaned in 40 to 50 years. Andy worked diligently for 8 hours. Steady, consistently with a positive and pleasent attitude. I will definitly give positive referals toward Ace Heating and Air for duct cleaning. I would suggest that they ask for Andy as their tech. Great job Andy. Thank you for your great work.
