Could not tell you how many trips they had to make or how many issues they had to deal with. However, this company was GREAT. Their focus was customer satisfaction, and I am extremely satisfied! Do not hesitate to contact them. :-)

- AMAmanda MurphyOct 8, 20251.0DO NOT LET ROOTERMAN TRY AND CLEAR A DRAIN FOR YOU!!! Came out to the house for a clogged kitchen drain. Tried to snake the drain and the cutter tip fell off in the drain. Dustin the technician left it inthe drain and wrote up a quote for $5500 to dig up the concrete floor to fix the drain. Did the job ourselves and found the part in our drain!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After calling the company and explaining the situation, we were pretty much called liars and told all the machines had the parts. Paid a technician to lose a part in our drain and had to fix it ourselves! DO NOT USE ROOTERMAN!! And there was no other plumber here, but ROOTERMAN wants to put the blame on someone else.
