After explaining it to us we scheduled the repair for a few days later. It took maybe an hour and a half to replace the opener which includes a new rail, new sensors, and two new remotes which he programed for us (and showed us how to do it). Joe was super friendly and took time to explain everything. Would absolutely recommend.
