After waiting for a "special" tool to be delivered to fix the problem, the issue was resolved and inspection was complete. Brian was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Would have rated higher if company, not technicians, was more reliable and respectful of my time and resources.

All three times he was knowledgeable, efficient, and didn’t mind answering questions/explaining the process. He ensured two different worn/unusable parts were replaced and made sure everything was in working order (problems that had existed before i even owned the home). Excellent technician!!

The initial technician, Tanner, was excellent—he clearly explained the issues with our aged system and, knowing we were getting a full replacement, he patched up the old unit enough to keep the AC running for a few more days until the installation crew could arrive. This immediate fix prevented us from being stuck without air. The installers, Brian and TJ, were professional and efficient, replacing both our furnace and AC. The day after installation, we noticed a minor issue and called them back. Summers immediately sent a tech the same day, identified a small system redundancy that was causing the problem, and fixed it promptly. What truly sets Summers apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Management reached out to us directly and sent Christian A., Jake, Ryan and Chris F. to ensure everything was rectified and that we were happy. This focus on making things right is why we continue to choose Summers. They truly have your back and ensure you remain a satisfied customer. Highly recommend!
