- KJKaitlynne JensenJun 28, 20241.0My friend had all of her windows replaced in her house. She spent quite a lot of money. My friend was very sick at the time, and I feel like this company screwed her due to her being sick. Three of the windows in her sunroom do not fully close all of the way. They installed a patio door and didn't even fix the top part of the wall that was messed up. In addition, they left broken glass outside and inside of her sunroom and even chipped her brand new outdoor fire place. She has called them numerous times to get these things addressed. To this day, she hasn't heard back from them. They haven't returned her calls at all. Very disappointing.
