He repair the furnace and we had a very warm evening. He was very professional in explain the maintenance plans with your company. This was especially disappointing given the assurances that the work would fully resolve the problem and considering the cost of the project. Throughout the process, communication was lacking, and timelines that were promised were not met. Expectations were set confidently, but the actual delivery fell short, resulting in an over-promise and under-deliver experience. I do want to acknowledge and appreciate the discount that was provided for parts/services not performed which showed an effort to address some of the concerns. I believe in fairness, accountability, and offering constructive feedback. I hope this review is received in the spirit of improvement and encourages clearer communication and better follow-through for future customers.
