I was quoted 410 dollars to replace an igniter. $99 dollar service charge and $311 for the part. The part could be purchased on line for 50 to 80 dollars. I thought that was way overpriced. Customers BEWARE! I could have accepted $250 but I felt i was taken advantage of because you are under the gun without heat. I will never do business with this company again, even if the part went out under warranty. I'll replace it myself!! I should have done the work myself to begin with but thought I might have gotten a centsible price...
