Tom explained to me and my wife about the possible damage of burning the wrong candles, and gave us a list of wax candle that are available to reduce soot.

It would catch sometimes and make me think that it was just a fluke, until I woke up one morning and it was 62 in the house and temp was set at 75. I called a friend and they referred me to Centsible and they sent out Chris Medlin and he was a life saver for my family and I. He came in and said what he thought it was and he cleaned it and serviced me and suggested I get it serviced once yearly before fall season to keep us heated. He was very nice and professional and even suggested I dont try to fix on my own lol. THANKS Chris
