This is the fourth time I’ve used them and they came through again. If you need some repair work done around your place, don’t hesitate to call them. You won’t be sorry!
- WPWilliam PondDec 6, 20243.0Handyman arrived on time, prepared and teady to work. He was very pleasant. I had notifed comapany in advance of need to weatherstip 3 doors and paint a 5” square and touch up a column base. I supplied the paint. After examining the current weatherstripping he left for 90 minutes to get some from the hardware store since he had none with him. He fixed 2 of the 3 doors. Inability to adequately weatherstrip the third (front door), he ascribed to settling and to really fix it. the door would have to be rehung by a colleague at a price of about $1,000. He replaced the old weatherstripping, but the air leak was no better. I think a small amout of strip foam will fix the problem which i will get from the hardware store today. Since I had to be present to answer his questions, get paint, open doors, etc, no time was saved. Purchased supplies had 50% markup. I will probably do the job myself, next time. Price to weatherstrip 3 doors and paint 5” block,—$597.00
