- BGBrandon GoodnightNov 27, 20252.0The carpet and floor looks nice, but don't count on furniture being safe or baseboards being placed. Had to hire out just to have someone else fix the broken electric bed frame, baseboard trim, transition slide from room to room, and replaced a broken table and broken stand. And if this floor has issues, good news: they left the original linoleum under the new one despite asking for removal.

Stopped in on a Friday, found carpet I liked but needed it ASAP (new-to-us home), the guy followed us home to measure (about 51 sf), discovered our carpet was in stock and they arranged to come out Tuesday!! Phenomenal team of installers who pulled our old carpet and installed new pad and carpet in about 4 hrs. Cleaned up, vacuumed, hauled away the old. Literally best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. HIGHLY recommend!!
