- RRR5 days ago5.0Cameron did a through job on our furnace, humidifier and water heater. He made recommendations and gave estimates on needed services (photos included) but absolutely no pressure. He was polite and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Brockman's to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

We called and someone was able to get to us by 10:30 and had assessed the problem given us a temporary fix for overnight until someone could come the next day with parts (was honest that he could do it that night but would cost way more). The next day they were there by 9am and had prepared us up front for the cost. Both technicians were friendly and easy to interact with. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Also our furnace was 15 years old and they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Appreciate their dedication and professionalism!

I thought perhaps Santa Claus had become stuck in the flu having a house full of guest arriving at 11 AM for Christmas. Also added to my stress. I called Brockman Heating And Air conditioning at 4:30 in the morning and They sent the on-call repairman Loren Collier Out at 6AM for an emergency repair. My experience and this gentleman‘s attitude coming out Christmas morning was nothing short of amazing. Everything was fixed and wrapped up within an hour. Christmas was a success and as it turns out, Santa Claus was not stuck in the flu. THANK YOU Loren and Brockman Heating And Air conditioning!
- MBMike BolesDec 29, 20255.0Our 20 year old furnace started making a horrific sound like a metal fan hitting something as the blades passed. Worst of all we were not getting heat and sub-zero temps were called for over the weekend. Brockman was able to send someone out quickly and the tech replaced the part the same day. We previously went with the company that "does it all" since it owned by a member of my wife's family and were happy with their service, but that business has been sold twice since 2020. We were informed by our tech, who was with that company for several years, 3-4 techs are now at Brockman. We will be calling Brockman for all our needs going forward.
