The work took way longer than expected and now they say they are done but never fully backfilled the trench. I still have 2' of dirt piled on my fence and flower beds, dirt all over the road and sidewalk. We had to beg them to come back, but they only fixed the dirt on the sidewalk and road. About 1/4 of the work needed to get the dirt back where it belongs. Very unsatisfied.

Danny was frequently onsite, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Although the original plan required dismantling our deck, Danny came up with a workaround for us to reroute our plumbing inside and save us quite a bit of headache and expense. He and his team were incredibly professional and cordial, just overall good people. Will certainly be using 317 Plumber again when plumbing needs arise!

They helped identify a main sewer line backup issue which required some deep digging and the installation of an exterior clean out (as a starting point), identified several code issues and helped resolve an urgent leak that required us to turn off the water to the house. They showed up when they said they would, they were responsive even on weekends and were clear, concise and patient when describing issues and proposing solutions. We're very thankful they were recommended to us.

And they couldn't guarantee they could solve our problem. Jeremy said that they could get it fixed and for far less than the other guys. And he did. Great company and great people.
