Technician let you know when they are in route to your place of residence. Please have your Heating And Air Conditioning system model number and serial number and brand name written down on a piece of paper before you call. They may need that information Prior to coming. Very efficient and thorough in their work. Satisfied customer.

I know some people dont like having the homeowner constantly watch them work but he didnt seem to mind at all and had the patience to answer all my questions. He clearly knows his stuff and got my furnace back up and running after some diagnosing. Will definitely go with Perfection the next time we're having any issues.
