- BFBert FerraraJan 4, 20265.0Fee did a complete remodel of a condo on Evansville Country Club. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The sales team promptly responded to my initial inquiry and helped formulate a base estimate quickly after seeing the condo. Fee helped pick materials and colors. No need for a designer that could have complicated the process. Once the project went into execution, the budget was a part of every decision. Any deviation was made fully informed of its expense. Although their initial estimate was incredibly accurate. There was no big surprise at the end of the project It is a hard to imagine what this place looked like before. The team worked through the summer to complete reasonably close to the forecasted completion date. High praise. Adam, Brody and team, nice work.

They remodeled our kitchen and 1/2 bath that included custom cabinets, flooring, tile and painting. The process was smooth. The team communicated with us daily and the job was completed on time. A special thanks to Rick and his crew, Lucas and Ryan, for going above and beyond to make sure our remodel was exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Adam for getting the plans in place, including changes and to Brody for going with us to each vendor to be sure all of our choices were coordinated and on budget!

I hope that everyone at Fee knows how thankful I am that they were so amazing to work us in so this disaster of a basement could be mostly ready to host our family for Christmas! Our basement looks good and they did so much clean up down here I’ll be putting my big tree up ASAP! Eric J was the only guy that went on top of the roof to inspect to get a better understanding of what my issues were from the lack of water management. He sent me pictures of the condition. Showed me my problems and gave me good detailed countermeasures to prevent from happening in the future. Suggested going with color matching black drip edge and it definitely looks crisp. Thanks Eric and Fee Team for providing the peace of mind and confidence throughout the entire project. Job well done!
