The then stuck around for 15 min watching the unit while he finished paperwork. Because he went the extra step to monitor it instead of running out after payment like lots of companies we were able to see another issue he fixed in 30 seconds. GREAT customer service and going above and beyond. I would highly reccomend Jeremiah and A Plus Derr!
