He went over the age and condition of my system in detail and explained the available Healthy Home packages, as well as the potential benefits of getting a new system. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all — it was clear that he genuinely cared. He even took the time to point out that I should have another CO₂ detector outside my kids’ room and suggested moving the one I have closer to our bedroom for better safety. That level of attention meant a lot. Jeremiah was thorough, patient, and professional throughout the visit.
