    Brandon and his crew did an amazing job on my vinyl fence. Most of the work was done in a single day, leaving just the gate to finish a couple days later after the concrete cured to prevent sagging. The whole process went smooth and every question or concern I had was answered. I checked several contractors and Great Lakes is one of the few who still use concrete to set posts vs just driving them into the ground, and their price was the best of all the companies I contacted. I also like the fact that Brandon is the owner and is very involved with his projects. Great experience overall.

    The owner is confrontational and rude.  Any question that we had, he made us feel inferior and even called us liars. Several pickets on the fence don’t have all the screws in it, so they’re just hanging and now bowing off the fence, which is leading to animals getting into our yard. The last part of the fence they installed is the worst work I’ve ever seen. The gates sag, don’t latch and have been blown open and broken, I can’t fit my mower through one of them due to the width not right and the fence is totally uneven from bottom to top, they only used ONE bag of concrete for the posts so several are leaning severely so it’s a matter of time before the fence comes down with the winds we have in this area. Brandon was super friendly when he came to give a quote wanting our business, but once we gave him money and signed the dotted line, he was a rude arrogant jerk. He ghosted us on June 22 , 2022 saying he would be back to correct some things. We are still waiting . If I could give this company -2 stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable work for an $8000+ fence. When we reached out as far as them solving the problem(s),we have yet to hear back from him. So much for their “warranty”. *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*

    I have called several times and left messages to get a simple job done. They showed up an hour late for the estimate and have yet to send the estimate. I strongly do not recommend this company.
