  This was the best experience! I would recommend them to anyone! They did a great job! I was worried about not being able to afford my furnace and they helped me make it happen.

  Very impressive, Butch Devaney was the technician dispatched out to determine why we where having issue with our furnace. Butch not only did a thorough inspection and repair, he also was very polite and insuring of everything he had found and was going to do for the repair. The respect for your home was very comforting including booties being worn without having to ask. I couldn’t recommend Blue Fox and there team of professionals enough thank you very much!!!

  Butch came out and made a high quality repair in a very good time! Showed up on time with parts and tools at the ready! By the time he was done our furnace was running better than it has in a long time and he explained what happened that lead to the failure!

  Butch was excellent! He was prompt, courteous, and respectful, caring and compassionate. He had to drive an hour to my house on a Sunday, which I am very grateful for. He fixed the issue within 30 mins. My husband normally takes care of these issues, but wasn’t able to be home while it was being fixed. Butch was extremely patient with explaining the issue to me. He took the time for me to understand and comprehend what was going on so I could tell my husband when he arrived home. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.   I called Blue Fox for an issue I was having with my furnace, a light gas smell each time it would fire to heat. They set an appointment and were then awesome enough to call and move it up due to the nature of the service request. I was given a window of when I could expect a tech to arrive and Butch (the tech) arrive on the earlier side of the window which is always a plus! I explained the issue in as much detail as I could and he went right to work. Within 5-10 minutes he had found the issue and explained to me what he found. I requested he make the repair and as he disassembled a few things, he showed me the issue and began the repair explaining to my what likely caused the issue and how it may be prevented in the future. He reassembled the unit, tested, and we verified it was working properly and the smell of gas was no longer present. There’s a reason I had the system installed by Blue Fox, and there’s a reason I’ll continued to utilize there outstanding services. In a world full of Peterman Bothers, call Blue Fox and be treated respectfully and professionally without being upsold or price-gouged. Thanks for taking care of the issue Butch, I appreciate the prompt, professional, and most of all honest service.
