- GLG LucaDec 17, 20251.0The only reason they would have got 5 stars is bc the tech Adam Ruch is amazing , the company on the other hand would get 1 star. I would request Adam. I had a new system installed in September of 2024 , they were not professionals. They blew a transformer, my heat kit wasn’t delivered or installed until April 2025. So they did a heat bypass until then. They finally came and hooked it up. They installed my nest thermostat. Long story short I had problems come this winter. Adam came and hooked the emergency heat up and wired the nest up correctly, he also had to come out with a new transformer in April when the heat kit was delivered and installed both of those , he didn’t know the emergency heat and other stuff was installed wrong until he came back out this winter 2025 when I had problems again. I was out of town and came home to a house that was 50 degrees. My until ran for 24 hr a day for the 3 days I was gone (gonna cost a lot) then hooked up electrical heaters in the house (gonna cost more) I called them Monday morning first thing in the morning as they installed a new unit last year and they couldn’t do anything for me for another day. Leaving my house cold for another night. Then told me it will be a technician charge to find out what’s wrong , luckily Adam waived the fee after finding out that it was there fault but that still doesn’t help the electric cost and the 50 degree night of sleep. Spend the extra money and go with a reliable company who does customers right. I explained to them by time I had new until fully installed in April of 25 I wasn’t using heat so idk if it ever worked right and they didn’t care.
