Plumber arrived on time and completed this problem and checking and reset another toilet on the second floor in another area. I have been in both residential and commercial constriction for over 67 years, now retired and would give Kendall Plumbing a ten-star rating for professionalism. and felt the cost was in line with resolving the problem. Defiantly would recommend Kendall Plumbing/Heating/Ari Conditioning for whatever needs you have.

The entire interaction with the service technician was captured on surveillance- such a shame that the company chooses to slander a potential customer instead of asking what really happened with their own service rep. Also who knew that getting multiple quotes is a bad thing! ORIGINAL: Called them out to quote for a modification to my hvac system. The representative was extremely rude and after looking at it for seconds said that I would need to replace the entire unit to make the modification. This is objectively untrue as I have 3 other quotes to do the same thing. When challenged the representative literally walked out of the house without even closing the furnace panel. The most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a contractor.
