Nice guys and so knowledgeable! I'm so glad I called Victor's Home Solutions! 2/28/2025 The weather broke! Geraldine, the concierge called last week and set things up. She explained if I needed anything, call her. She and Ayla were calming voices over the winter. Thank you, girls! --Finally, the roof was able to be done. Due to weather, it took 2 days. Krystian was my head Project Manager and brought along a fantastic crew! So hard working and professional and kind...everyone of them! You could tell they enjoy their jobs. I couldn't have felt more comfortable from beginning to end. I had a couple leaks. All of the repairs were done and quality materials were used. Krystian kept sending me progress pictures through out the process and explained what was happening. Over and over, I was encouraged to be sure to ask any questions. The roof looks wonderful! The clean up was completed and then checked and rechecked again. I cannot say enough about what a secure and great feeling this is. Wonderful people, fantastic work ethic, beautiful job!! As Krystian was leaving, he reminded me to call for anything. I can call him or the office. This company is fantastic! Thanks to all!!
