I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob L, who was my service technician. Jacob was very kind, extremely professional, and welcoming. He not only finished the job promptly and in a timely manner, but the job was done exceptionally well! Highly satisfied and would recommend TR Miller.

Me and my husband called TR Miller regarding our water heater not igniting and our dryer not getting hot. Jacob thoroughly troubleshooted both appliances and got both appliances running. Our water heater still needs some attention and Jacob gave reasonably priced options for both. I really appreciate how Jacob explained everything that was going on and really made me feel at ease. Me and husband will definitely used TR Miller again and will be requesting Jacob for the job!!!

Andy treated our home with respect, worked neatly, and made sure everything was in great shape before wrapping up. We truly appreciated his pleasant attitude and the quality of his work. TR Miller delivered excellent service once again.
- NNNancyNov 13, 20255.0Jeff was great. Very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, & efficient. After all he’s a Service ll person!! Have been with Service ll for over 10 yrs. Very happy with service. But now I’m hesitant with new owners after reading online reviews from customers complaining about overcharges & unnecessary replacements. Makes me hesitant to trust new company. Also Ricky, who answered phone seemed very confused & not sure how to schedule. Also did not change my number in computer therefore I did not get a confirmation or an alert to tech coming out. Not as efficient as Lois has always been. Just not sure how this is going to pan out. But thank you, Jeff, for a great service call & furnace check.

Bogdan, the HVAC technician provided a thorough report with pictures and expert commentary to make the explanation of his findings as easy and informative as possible. Bogdans professionalism and expertise was exceptional- and I wouldn’t expect anything less from a TR Miller technician. I’d recommend their team or specialist to anyone with home utility needs.
