She goes above and beyond to schedule appointments at convenient times and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. During the summer, we had an issue with our AC. As soon as I called, they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Pedro arrived on time and carefully inspected everything to make sure there were no major issues. Thankfully, everything was fine and no big repairs were needed, but I really appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. I highly recommend Fricold Heating and Cooling!
