I have never been charged this much for my vehicles by ASE certified mechanics. I looked online & the part was $112, you charged me $219. Come on Keith, you have got to lower your labor fees, & overhead. Rusty bolts doesn't justify

- MWmark walczakApr 6, 20242.0Keith's has been my go to company for years both through work and privately. not sure what is changing but I'm two years in a row with issues. last year I sent a service request through the website followed by an email and a voice mail. with no response. this year they picked my mower up and all was well. they called to schedule the delivery to return it which was fine . problem is they never showed up. we sat home all day Saturday for nothing. why bother scheduling if your not going to show up. meanwhile the grass just keeps growing.
