From start to finish, they had great customer service. The contact form on their site prompted a phone call the same day from a person in their office. I forget her name specifically but she and I spoke more than once when she'd call to confirm, reschedule, etc. Troy did the estimate and consultation even when the van gave out on him. He still made it! Kris did the installation next day and was polite, quick, and quiet. I had a work meeting and he verified he wouldn't interrupt so that was greatly appreciated! I think the stars aligned for it all to go so perfectly but that would discount the work these guys put in to actually making it happen. We greatly appreciate them and their work. 5/5, would recommend.

Cannot recommend HRI and Aire Serv more highly. Every person I’ve worked with, from the office staff who schedule appointments (Amanda, Jill, etc.) to the techs (Josh, Brandon, Joe), has been truly professional, kind, and really, really good at what they do.
