- RRRebekah RogersSep 5, 20191.0This place is a problem. At first I thought it would be a great spot to start shopping for a contractor to remodel our bathroom because they have a good website. However, as soon as you get to their showroom, all you will see is very traditional and boring. Lots of greys, browns and white. Nothing special or outside the box with selections. Mark showed us a bunch of options and I then actually started picking stuff out to go with. Picked out a vanity, picked out a countertop, etc. Without seeing our bathroom, he started telling us what it cost to do remodels based on his showroom models, which again are not impressive at all. This was a red flag to me but I was like ok... Then he made arrangements to come out to our house and take measurements of our bathroom. After he comes out, measures, etc, he tells us he will call us in a few days with an est. and a draw up of the work. After wasting all our time, he never called and it's been over 2 weeks. Very unprofessional. If you don't want to do the job, at least have the decency to call and tell us. If you are swamped, at least follow up and say I haven't been able to look into your project yet. You don't just ignore people. At end of the day, I dodged a bullet thank God. My advice to Dream Maker, update your inventory because nobody likes boring. It's 2019 for God's sake. If I could give a review without selecting any stars, I would because what's worse more than anything is a business who is unprofessional.
