Phoenix received great reviews on Google and Reddit, so I decided to request a quote and inspection from them. I am extremely glad that I did. Many HVAC companies in the Chicago area are not even aware that heat pump water heaters exist, but Phoenix' was expert-level. Right from the inspection phase, they were able to describe the entire installation process. They identified the necessary updates to my electrical and ventilation systems for the water heater to function optimally. Having created a solid plan, they were able to execute the installation in a single day with absolutely no issues. I've had exactly zero problems with my water heater since the installation six months ago. It works far better than the old system, and is much more energy efficient. I'd recommend Phoenix to anyone; bottom line is that they really know what they're doing.

From calling the office to working with our tech the process was both smooth and informative. Highly recommend them for quality and reliable work.
