When trying to get ahold of them for issues it was poor response time and communication on the repair. When they decided to finally just take the door apart to possibly shim it again since it wouldn’t shut correctly was informed they would be out on a set day but no time frame when they would show up. Than when I called multiple times I got absolutely no response and they just showed up to the house on their own time without no warning and we had to drop everything we were doing. Once this door is repaired correctly other than warranty this will be last time we ever use this company.

The crew is clearly experienced, they operated quickly but also safely, and weren't being rushed or anything, very important for safety AND ALSO for a home job that's done WELL! Remember my friends, rushed = mistakes. Whole crew was very respectful of my garden, I have a large native plant installation on one side that made doing the stripping more difficult, but they worked around it without issue and I'm so grateful. I have a small, simple ranch house, a very easy installation I know, but still: my install was done in less than one day! I had a whole ridge vent put in, too, and they were done and doing final cleaning around 1pm! I'm flabbergasted! Can't guarantee your house will be as fast, it was a beautiful 70 degree day, low wind, nothing went wrong, etc etc, but man, you want GOOD roofers who know what theyre doing? These guys. These guys know what theyre doing. Thank you, Jaime and the crew, you did amazing work 👍🏻👍🏻🫡🎉
