- PLPapa LDec 29, 20255.0I just recently had to have my furnace replaced. I want to say service in all areas from customer service to the techs who replaced my furnace was Exemplary. They showed up when they said they would, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. Chad showed up and gave me options for furnace replacement and took his time to explain everything. Emailed me a quote the same day. Back story: I had previously had 2 different companies from the area show up, with one of them (pink van guys) saying he would have his salesman call me for a quote. (Never happened). Brittany and Cindy were always courteous and helpful when I called with questions. Ben and another tech showed up on the scheduled day, keeping me updated on their progress. When they were done, they walked me through everything they had done and showed me how to operate the thermostat and talked about filter replacements. If you want Great Customer Service, and Professionalism. I Highly recommend Bruening Heating and Air.
