  I had my furnace and AC unit replaced after an annual inspection and maintenance showed many issues and problems that needed repair. I had a different company prior to having TR Miller do the maintenance on my HVAC units and it was pointed out during the inspection that some safety measures were a potential hazard due to some electrical safety bypass that was unconnected. Carlos C and Nick L were a great team in the installation of my new furnace and AC units. They worked tirelessly all day from 730am until the job was finished in the evening. I was impressed in their performance and explained and answered all my concerns and questions with all the new humidifiers and air scrubber. I am very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Jocki, plumber from TR Miller, was very professional and excellent in providing me all the information regarding the plumbing and water heater. He was very thorough with his work and offered advice to help the longevity of the water heater. I am very happy and pleased with his work. Overall, I am very impressed with all the TR Miller employees that I was in contact with. Thank you!

  The entire business appears shady. I called and specifically asked to replace my garbage disposal. I know my garbage disposable is over fifteen years old and it's time to replace it. The lady told me that they will send a technician for initial assessment, charge me $80 and then give me a quote. If I accept the quote and assessment, then they will waive the fee; otherwise i'm on hook for $80. I respectfully declined and said, I just want my garbage disposable to be changed and replaced. Can I get just the quote to replace my garbage disposable and avoid an unnecessary assessment for $80? She very rudely replied, no, that's not how it works here. So basically two things will happen: either they will charge me $80 dollars for giving me a ridiculous price or i'm basically indirectly course to use their service to avoid paying unnecessary assessment fee. Go with Roto or some other company. UPDATE: after my initial review, someone from their customer service called me and after a 10 minute absolutely nothing changed and did not try to understand from the customer perspective. She did use a lot of words, I mean a lot of words, to basically say nothing and just regurgitate what I was already told. Do me a favor and just with other companies who are able to provide upfront cost for their services? Needless to say, I won't ever be using TR Miller. Boggles my mind that a company who has been in business for years cannot and refuses to provide a basic quote for their service. They don't respect your money and then to insult my intelligence. It's not about the $80---it's about the principle of being able to choose which vendor is going to give me the best price and what service can they offer.

  Called TR Miller to fix a sump pump in my basement. They gave a same day window of 1pm-8pm. Called me at 7:05pm and said technician would be there in 30mins. He showed up an hour later after 8pm. I found this window long and the arrival very late but at least someone was there. The technician Donny C was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed our problem. We were provided with multiple options to fix it. One of which being customer supplied pump, which would save us a few hundred dollars. I was impressed by the honesty and options provided. Donny showed us the exact one to get and where and told us to call back when we had it so we could schedule installation. We got the pump Monday morning when the store opened. Long story short, I called TR Miller a total of 5 different times to schedule this appointment. Each time they told me someone would be getting in touch with me but no one ever did. Called a final time at 4pm and the lady was very apologetic but told me they were leaving for the day and someone would call me for sure the next day (Tuesday). I couldn't trust they would call me so I called a different company and scheduled a next day installation. So here I am on Tuesday at 11am and the brand new sump pump is already installed by another company and TR Miller STILL hasn't called me to schedule installation! Very disappointed. I'll be canceling my VIP Membership as well.

  I called TR Miller to sign up for their monthly service and within that conversation, they said that they can get somebody out today due to a potential issue with my water heater. They sent Nico over and he was nothing but professional. He walked me through everything in terms of their process and what they check for. He then proceeded to do a water heater flush. Then checked every faucet and valve. After the flush, there was a significant improvement in pressure and water heating. He gave me recommendations and even put together some quotes for me for some other things I was asking about. Ended up getting my TMP valve replaced. What impressed me the most was it was 530 at night on a Friday and I gave him the opportunity to just go ahead and come back another day, but he went back to his shop and grabbed the necessary part then came back and installed the valve. Anyone could’ve taken the easy route there, but he wanted to make sure that everything was squared away. I was very impressed with his overall professionalism and attention to detail. I would recommend Nico and TR Miller after my first initial visit. I am now signed up for their monthly plan and I will be requesting Nico for my services specifically.

We just had a brand-new furnace and AC system installed, and I cannot say enough about the entire TR Miller team—Britt, Steve, Eduardo, Manny, and Thomas to name a few. From start to finish, this was one of the most professional, caring, and detail-oriented service experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we started exploring solutions from house visits by Manny and Thomas to Britt providing every possible option with total transparency…they didn’t pressure us, they educated us. They took the time to understand our home, our comfort needs, and our budget, and helped guide us to the right investment with complete confidence. Then came installation day. Steve & Eduardo were outstanding. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for our home were obvious from the second they walked in the door. They explained every step, answered every question, and treated the install as if they were working on their own home. The level of care and pride they put into their work is rare—and greatly appreciated. We’re VIP members, and after this experience, we truly feel like VIPs. It’s one thing to have the membership; it’s another thing entirely to receive service that actually makes you feel valued and taken care of. TR Miller delivered that in every way.
