Drew at TR Miller has now handled our service calls multiple times, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Every single visit has left us feeling taken care of, informed, and respected. As new homeowners, we always have a long list of questions — and Drew meets them with endless patience. He takes the time to explain things clearly, offers thoughtful suggestions, and even helps us prioritize what needs attention most. His recommendations never feel sales-driven or pushy — it genuinely feels like a human, community-based exchange. The best way to put it? He treats you like family, like he’s looking out for you the same way he would for his own. TR Miller truly has something special — a team that feels real, respectful, and trustworthy. It’s clear Drew cares about people, not quotas. And honestly? TR Miller has the best team around. They’ve earned loyal customers in us. TR Miller really does have the best crew — highly recommend Drew and this whole team!

Their camera tech, Willie, came out to run a camera down the main sewer line from our house. We have been having issues with it backing up and frequently need it cleared out due to it being a very old line with tree roots getting into it. He allowed me to watch the whole process and explained everything we were seeing, issues and non-issues. Afterwards, he presented multiple solutions to the issues we were having and not once did i feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Since he allowed me to watch the whole process as he explained everything in detail, we can move forward with the knowledge and confidence to resolve our issues, without just "taking his word for it". Thanks, Willie C.

We booked an appointment on Saturday morning due to an emergency pluming issue that we had and were told they would be there between 8am-12pm with an emphasis on trying to get there for 8am. No word from them so we called at 11am and were told they should be another hour or two. still no word so we called back at 2pm and were told they might be able to make it by 4pm. Had lots of plan for a Saturday but we had to sit at home all day waiting for someone to arrive with no updates. TR miller, how difficult is it to keep you customers informed? if you can’t make it till 4pm or later then tell me so I can at least do something with my day! Edit: called back at 4pm because STILL no one had been in contact. We spoke to Kim who was extremely unhelpful and was unable to provide basic information. Kim then hung up on the call when pressed if someone is even coming out today… we will be changing service as soon as we can.

Wish I could review based on the service, I am sure they do outstanding work as technicians, but they get a 1 star since I called on a holiday yesterday at 3 pm for an ejector pump not working. They said someone would reach out over phone to talk about the issue and see if it was an emergency or not. I called back at 8 pm to see if they had an update or if a technician could just call for 5 min to explain if my issue was not an emergency or not. I explained I had an ejector pump with no bathroom or sinks on the level it’s on, and that I have a main sump pump that is most likely connected to all appliances and water. Never heard anything back the rest of the night. Finally got a text this morning asking for them to come out. Thanks but no thanks, if I had a basement that flooded already in which if they came last night could have prevented it, then what could you possibly help me with now. I’d rather use someone who can take 5 minutes to explain to a first time home owner if their issue was an emergency or not.

I'll start by saying I don't trust HVAC companies after multiple bad experiences with different companies. When my furnace broke down I read reviews and decided to give TR Miller a try. I let the repairman (Ryan L.) know right away I did not trust him and told him why. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and why. I Googled his explanations as he worked and he made no complaint about it. It turned out I needed a new furnace as mine was 30 years old and the heat exchange had cracked open. He also explained to me why it was important that I replace the AC at the same time. He made a call and the sales rep (Jessica W.) came out the same day and I put her through the same treatment. She was just as patient with me and answered all of my questions. She even noticed a problem with my ductwork that I had never noticed myself. The installation took place a day later and the installers (Sergio V. and Carlos V.) did an amazing job. They too answered all of my questions about the new system and even addressed my concerns about airflow through the house, taking the time to go vent by vent to ensure I was happy with the flow. The system was installed two months ago and there have been no issues since then. I definitely recommend you give TR Miller a chance and just make sure you express any concerns that you have. They will listen and address them.
