- KDKarli DyeJul 24, 20253.0Long story short I would not book with an hourly handyman service again for any extensive projects. You will overpay if anything goes wrong or if a project takes longer than anticipated. They also up charge quite a bit for any supplies purchased/used. The handymen themselves were very nice, respectful, and what they did was done well. However, I basically paid 1700$ for this divider wall revision and one fixture installation which I elected to paint myself because of the up-charges. When I called the office to discuss I was told I would have to pay over the estimated price and it would take another full day of service to complete the original projects. I will go elsewhere and book by the job in the future. In response to the company's reply. I had a different handyman come out the next day and they told me they could complete the fan and attic projects no problem and laughed when I said it wasn't completed due to the heat and the price I paid for the work prior. And technically there was no by project estimate. There was one estimate for the completion of ALL projects which was around 2200$. The office explained that it would be 3-400$ additional beyond the estimated price to come back and complete the projects. Which, had it taken more time than planned I'm sure I would have been charged for. Additionally, I find it odd that I would be charged for time to go get material for the projects day of - the plan should have been made at the time of the estimate and materials retrieved before hand.

Dan shared his recommendations and even sent over plumbers in the area that might be able to assist. He was honest and very friendly.
